Two ways of adding a collar from the pull-up panel (pet panel)
There are two ways to add a collar from the pull-up panel. One is to add it to an existing profile that doesn’t have a collar “Add a new SkyShepherd for “name of pet.” The other is to add a collar to a new profile (“Add a new SkyShepherd”). This second way is always the last thing you can roll over to, all the way on the right end of the scrollable options. If you have a few collar-less profiles in your panel, it’s very easy to select to add a collar to an existing profile, rather than add it as a new one. If you feel like a collar you've added got auto-named a pet profile you didn't intend, remove the collar again and just make sure you’ve selected to add a new SkyShepherd when you re-add it.
If you are doing more than one collar, then the second collar’s personalization field will auto-fill with the info from the last collar you added, but you can just delete that and put in what you’d like.
See the following video, which illustrates this point.
In this video, we've already added “Collar A,” “Collar B,” and “Collar C.” But we realized we made a mistake and wanted to actually call “Collar C” something else, let’s say, “Collar D.” So, we removed Collar C, so it is now a collar-less profile. In the video, we'll scroll past the option to add the collar to the “Collar C” profile and instead choose to add it as a new SkyShepherd, at the very end. Notice how the personalization will auto-fill with “Collar C” but that we can just change that to whatever we want. In the this case, “Collar D.”
