App not connecting to your collar over Bluetooth? Unable to activate a boundary or change feedback settings? Training mode doesn't seem to be working? Something just doesn't seem to be working right? A quick and versatile way to solve many problems you might come across while using the SkyShepherd mobile app is to close or "kill" the app and then re-launch it. Closing the app means it's not running in the background, but you still have it installed on your device. Depending on your version of Apple iOS or Android OS, closing an app is done slightly differently. See here for your device on how to do this:
