Removing your SkyShepherd collar:
Once you add a collar to your account, only you can connect with and control your collar in the SkyShepherd app (or anyone with your login credentials, who is also within Bluetooth range of the collar). You can remove your SkyShepherd collar from your SkyShepherd account. If you are giving your SkyShepherd collar to someone else, (perhaps you purchased an upgraded model and no longer need the model you had been using), then removing the old SkyShepherd collar will be necessary for the other person to add it to their SkyShepherd account. Otherwise, they won't be able to.
Here's how to do it:
To remove a collar from your SkyShepherd account, you must be within Bluetooth range of the collar and connect with it via Bluetooth. Open the Pet Panel. Connect with the collar you want to remove, then scroll to the bottom of the menu. The "Remove SkyShepherd" option is at the very bottom. After you remove the collar, you will no longer see it in the Pet Panel, though you will see the Pet Profile (essentially the details of the pet that you filled out for that collar, right now, just the name). You can remove the Pet Profile from the app settings, located at the lower right of the app in the bottom nav bar. Then you won't see the profile listed in the Pet Panel any more. Watch here to see:
